Elisa's, was opened by Lisa and her business partner Genaro who for many years owned, and operated Gian’s Bakery of Howell and Jackson. After selling that business and taking some much needed time off Lisa and Genaro decided they missed the business and the customers. The attitude of dedication and hard work is what prompted Elisa's Pastry Shop of Lakewood to be born. Elisa's prides themselves on family and is run with the help of Elisa's husband John, sister Madeline, daughter Cristina, and son Joe. By involving the family Lisa and Genaro believe that they can better maintain the business and continue to care for their customers the way they deserve to be cared for. Elisa's and their experienced bakers and staff many of which have been there from the start, have expanded over the years and watched their dreams flourish.
